NZ legal consultancy
Senior Business Counsel & Legal Consultant
I am Nathalie Zitter, an allround senior business counsel and legal consultant specialized in commercial contracts, more specifically in the field of music-, media- & entertainment law. I operate at the intersection of law, business, and creativity; where careers are built, rights are monetized and reputations are protected. I believe strong legal foundations empower creative freedom. When rights are secured and agreements are clear, artists and companies can focus on what they do best: creating, performing and building lasting careers.

About
Through NZ legal consultancy, I advise artists, managers, labels and creative entrepreneurs on the legal and strategic aspects of their deals and collaborations. My work is not just about drafting contracts; it is about structuring opportunities, protecting long-term interests and supporting sustainable growth in a fast-paced global industry.
As a former music industry professional (almost a decade at Spinnin’ Records/Warner Music Group), I bring first hand insight into how the business really works. I understand the pace of negotiations, the pressure around releases and the importance of balancing creative vision with commercial reality. This industry perspective allows me to give advice that is legally sound, commercially smart and aligned with real world practice.
Clients appreciate my combination of legal precision, commercial awareness, and straightforward communication. I aim to be a trusted legal partner who understands both the business and the culture of the music industry.
